1. STUDIO STANDARDS
Site Requirements
We operate a 100% self-contained mobile studio. We provide our own water and power. Customers must provide a safe, level, and legal area for the technician to work.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50.00 non-refundable fee.
Weather & Rescheduling
Weather-related rescheduling is at the customer's discretion. We are not liable for environmental effects on the vehicle after we depart the site.
Pre-Existing Damage
MobileWash Spa is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (loose trim, oxidized paint, faulty electronics, or structural upholstery failure).
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and MobileWash Spa concerning your access to and use of our website and mobile detailing services.
By accessing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the services and must discontinue use immediately.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, website designs, audio, video, text, and photographs.
Brand Protection: Unauthorized use of our proprietary "Before & After" transformation photos or brand marks for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will constitute a material breach of these terms.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited acts include:
- Failing to disclose biohazards (mold, blood, needles, pests) before technician arrival.
- Verbal or physical harassment toward our staff.
- Interfering with generators, high-pressure equipment, or chemicals.
- Fraudulent bookings or misrepresenting vehicle size to bypass pricing.
Disclaimer: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Liability Cap: In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days prior to initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial or class-action participation.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove contents of the Services at any time. We also reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice, deny access to the Services to any person for any reason (including refusal of detailing service).
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (applicable to DC and VA jurisdictions as defined).
Communications: Completing online forms constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic notices from us.
